The
High Valley Country Club is a Non-profit Development and
Maintenance Corporation.
The High Valley
Country Club is governed by Articles
of Incorporation
and
Bylaws
Membership is defined as owners and
purchasers of lots in the eleven parts of High Valley.
The Country Club is
managed by a Board of Trustees elected by the members in May
of each year.
Current board Trustees are:
Board
meetings are held the third Saturday of each month at 9:00 AM. No meeting is held in December. Board
meeting location is in the High Valley Club House. Board meetings are open to the
High Valley Country Club members. Executive sessions, which
are closed, are sometimes held to discuss salaries of
employees. Annual
meetings are held on the Sunday of the Memorial Day weekend of
each year at one o’clock p.m. in the High Valley Club House. Board

posted at the High Valley Club House.
