Call to order
President Jack Hubbert
called to order the regular meeting of the High
Valley Board of Trustees at 9:07 a.m.
on October 15, 2011 in the High Valley
Clubhouse.

Employees Present:
Koeta Imhof, Rick Jenkins, Amanda Meekhof

There was not a quorum.

Discussion Items:
Ø
A letter from attorney Hillier was
shared with a proposed Notice of Termination of
Protective Covenants that title companies could
give to High Valley property buyers. The issue
will be held until the November meeting.
Ø
Hillier advises against putting
covenants into the by-laws because it them
becomes too easy to amend the covenants.
Ø
Glenhaven’s noise ordinance was
shared.
The financial statement
was shared and reviewed.
Jenkins shared:
o
He would like to purchase 3 sheets
of 4x8 metal to put on the bed of the flatbed
where the boards are starting to rot.
o
Randi would like to re-light the
golf shed so they can see better when working in
there. The project would cost roughly $200.
o
He would like to explore selling the
excess meters that we won’t need.
